Who we are
A Chance to Change Drug and Alcohol Testing, LLC (CTC) is a Woman Owned Testing Agency that prides itself on integrity, professionalism, and serving the community. We provide testing programs for Huron County, Tuscola County and Sanilac County courts.
In addition to the testing programs with these and other courts:
- CTC participates in the Thumb Regional Sobriety Court, Thumb Regional Drug Treatment Court and Tuscola County Mental Health Court
- CTC is involved with many community groups in Huron, Tuscola and Sanilac counties

- Fingerprinting
The staff at CTC has over two decades of experience in the testing industry, staff members with backgrounds in the recovery space and certified lab technicians through Thermo Fisher.
